Gegenstand
MultiSoc is a web app with which a registered user can publish short videos from one workspace to connected networks, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and further connectors once that account is connected. The service includes connecting accounts via OAuth or the credentials the platform provides, uploading a video file or pasting a public video URL, captions, reusable caption templates, and personal API tokens for the MultiSoc API.
Konto
An account uses the email address and password you submit. You are responsible for the credentials, for third-party accounts connected through the account, and for activity through the account. MultiSoc may ask for an email confirmation code when you sign in.
Inhalte
You remain responsible for videos, captions, and templates you submit. Use only content you own or are allowed to redistribute. You grant IMH Group, Inc. a non-exclusive right to store that content and send it to the platform interfaces you choose, as far as that is needed to provide MultiSoc. That right ends when the content is deleted from the service, except where the law requires it to be kept. MultiSoc does not remove content that was already published on a network.
Plattformen
Publishing uses the interfaces of the respective networks. Their terms apply as well. MultiSoc does not promise that a network will accept a post or that publishing will be uninterrupted.
Verfügbarkeit
MultiSoc is provided as it is available. Videos are stored locally by default; object storage may be configured in addition. This copy does not set a particular availability level or a fee.
Datenschutz
The privacy policy describes how personal data is processed. That includes account data, connected platform identifiers, uploaded videos and captions, and necessary cookies for the session, language, and consent. Privacy.
Beendigung
You can delete your MultiSoc account in the service. IMH Group, Inc. may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that cannot be operated lawfully. Deleting the account in the service does not remove content already published on a network.
Streitbeilegung
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law remain in force. The imprint does not publish a place of jurisdiction, and none is set here.
