MultiSoc ("we") processes personal data to provide a multi-platform short-video publishing service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Data we process

Account email and password hash; connected social platform identifiers and encrypted OAuth tokens; video files and captions you upload; post metadata and delivery status; cookie/consent preferences (version and timestamp).

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to create and manage your account (contract), publish content you request (contract), keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and store cookie consent (legal obligation / consent).

Retention

Account and post metadata are kept while your account is active. After account deletion we erase personal data from our systems without undue delay, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, or security reasons (typically up to 30 days in backups). Videos may remain on third-party platforms according to their policies.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, export, or erase your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Use Export data or Delete account below, or contact us. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for session, locale (multisoc_locale), and consent (multisoc_consent). We do not use advertising cookies.

Processors

Publishing uses each social network’s official APIs. Video storage may use cloud object storage. Data may be processed outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.
